Passion Fruit Mousse

October 15, 2010

This recipe is so easy and takes just a few minutes to prepare. You can also substitute the passion fruit concentrate with lime juice, and make a delicious key lime pie filling or mousse.

This mousse is so delicious we often eat it out of individual dessert glasses.  Or we’ll fill mini Graham Cracker pie crusts (which cost less than $2 for a pack of 6) or tart shells and top it off with fresh strawberry, raspberry or blueberries.

Sur La Table sells a pack of 24 mini tart shells  for $9.
