Mango Sorbet

Easy and delicious summer recipe.

Mango Sorbet

  • 4 cubed mangos
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Place cubed mango in a food processor or blender, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in an ice cream maker for 25 minutes. Place sorbet in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
