I got some beautiful flowers from Valentine’s Day and was inspired to make some flower napkin rings for our spring parties and BBQ in the park. So I hit the nearby dollar store to grab some supplies for my new blog mission: create a great DIY without spending much moolah. Who doesn’t like a great deal, right?
