Curry is a go-to comfort food in our house. Indian, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian curry… I could cook them every day and never get tired of it.
For this salmon curry, I pretty much eyeballed all the spices, but I used garam masala, coriander powder, ginger, cumin, turmeric, cardamon, fennel seeds, cinnamon, peeled tomatoes, fresh garlic, and dash of chili powder in this delightful dish. Hope you’re spicing up your week too.
