Is it just me, or after this long cold winter is everybody ready to bring a little more color in the world. I can’t wait for spring to get here and bring with it green leaves budding and flowers sprouting. It’s getting to be time to start planning Easter brunch and all the decorations that come along with it. Easter decor are all about the flowers, the greens, the pastels, all those colors we missed when the world was covered in white.
This winter we spend a week visiting family in Brazil and whenever I’m back there, I love to check out the latest trends and local crafts, and one of the most popular new things was charger plate covers.
If you ever hosted a formal dinner or even Thanksgiving dinner at your home, you might already have a dozen of these chargers tucked away just waiting for your next formal dinner, right? Well, not anymore… with these charger covers you can reuse your chargers in a more casual way to match any table setting theme.
I must confess I’m loving this trend so much that I made a few as Christmas gifts. After spotting this super cute Easter themed fabrics, I knew I had to make more; I sewed them reversible with a coordinating fabric to easily mix and mach the table decor.
If like them as much as I do, they’re available at my Etsy shop and you can custom order in any fabric you like. ?
The moss covered flower vase you may remember from a previous post with a step by step how-to make an enchanted forest cake stand.
These covers fit perfectly on the standard 13 inches chargers.
