If you buy a scarf from Hermes it comes with a card that shows a few ways to tie it. For me, an orange box from Hermes beats a Tiffany blue box any day. Lately I’ve been captivated by these silk scarf inspired fashion and home accessories. BTW: If anyone has seen this missing vintage Hermes tray, please let me know where I can get it!

Inspiration: Monogram
Monograms done right are elegant and sophisticated. How classy is a monogrammed LL Bean tote at the beach or for running errands around town ? Anything monogrammed makes a great hostess gift, or a nice splurge for yourself. Paper Goods: TinyPrints (notecards), DaisyDays (cupcake wrapper). Totes & Bags: LL Bean (tote), Pottery Barn (cosmetic bags and stripe totes). Linens and Bedding: Restoration Hardware (bedding and towels), Horchow (linen napkins). Kitchen Goods: Anthropologie (mugs), So Sweet Wedding (chocolate wrapper), More Than Paper (monogrammed plates), DecorPad (dish towel).
