    I have to admit that I fall into that  graphic designer cliche; I love my fonts, paper and Pantone. Pantone has been gaining popularity outside the industry for awhile now,  and for those of us who just can’t get enough, you can find their colors on an ever growing body of products.  Love this Pantone swag.   • Pirate Birthday Party

    A few weeks ago was my nephew’s third birthday.  The party was Pirate themed and a total success.  I absolutely loved the custom cake, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and other treats, and all the fun decorations.  We used a plain blue tablecloth and a $3 fish net from the party store for the main table to tie it all together with a nautical theme.  The gold chocolate coins overflowing from an old wooden box we already had is another one of my favorite elements!  I’ve never seen a happier group of little pirates in my life.

    Every Thursday my husband and I have a date night at home and I usually like to find a new recipe to try for dinner. This week, I came across this recipe on my Pinterest feed. It’s quick, delicious and would be huge success at any summer party. I hope you enjoy. No-Bake Ice Cream Cake: 12 Ice cream sandwiches ( I used s’mores ice cream sandwiches) 1 cup of whipped cream For  the whipped cream: 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Tip: One cup of whipping cream makes about two cups of whipped cream. – Beat the mixture in an electric mixer until soft…
