September is always a busy month for me because of my birthday, add travel and some out of town guests to that, and the result is a neglected blog, so I’m sorry for the hiatus. An Afternoon at a Virginia Organic Farm.
My husband and I love to take road trips on weekends and explore every nearby little city, beautiful landscape, and small shop around our home in the Washington DC area. This summer our group of friends decided that each of us should plan a fun day trip around our area, and West Virginia was one of our destinations. On our way back from the horse races in Charles Town, WV, we stopped off at this amazing local and certified organic farm called Stoneybrook Farm and their amazing farm market in Hillsboro, VA.
