This year we’re going to a friend’s house for Thanksgiving and I volunteered to bring the dessert. I love pumpkin pie, and pecan pie, and honestly, just pie in general. This year though, I wanted to do something a little bit different. After some searching I found a great recipe from FoodieCrush for Pumpkin Tiramisu, but of course I had to do a test run in my kitchen first. This recipe was inspired by the traditional Italian tiramisu, and is so yummy and easy to make it. And the best part is NO BAKE!! Pumpkin Spice Latte
Pumpkin Spice Latte Makes 4 cups Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup of milk 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 pumpkin pie spice Directions: Mix all these ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes. Use a milk frother until you get a thick foam. Brew your favorite dark roast coffee or espresso, pour in a cup, add sugar and the milk mixture. Top with a delicious homemade whipped cream, sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy your homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte.
