We’re finally back from a well deserved quick vacation to visit our family down in Brazil. It’s was nice to see the family and enjoy some warm weather, delicious food, and marvel at my parents amazing art and antique collection. Here is a sneak peak from our vacation. Cashew Juice
Here in America most of you only know the nut of the cashew fruit; because is very perishable, it’s very hard to import the fresh fruit. As I mentioned before, I love Asian markets and I can always find exotic or tropical fruits every trip there. Finally I found a pack of frozen whole cashew fruit.
